Key responsibilities of the position: 

  • Complete data entry in proprietary databases
  • Provide internet research support
  • Modify time and event schedules according to team direction 
  • Assist teams with various administration tasks
  • Assist with the trafficking of assigned publication projects including internal (ie, account, medical, and editorial) and external (ie, author, client, and journal/congress) deadlines
  • Administer project documentation filing and folder maintenance
  • Facilitate material to all external partners via email, fax, WebCargo, and FedEx
  • Comply with established standards, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain timely submission of timesheets

Additional responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Help populate and maintain Datavision records 
  • Schedule internal status meetings
  • Research relevant journal and congress databases to update grids used by the internal and client teams
  • Maintain project status reports 

 What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, biology, life sciences, or related field 
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of general business, pharmaceutical, or medical communications experience 
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing challenges, issues, and priorities with the ability to delegate and set clear expectations
  • Strong knowledge of Office programs including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint 
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team structure
  • Aptitude for the English language and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Conditions:
• This position will be performed remotely or in a corporate business setting if you are able to commute into the Parsippany, NJ office 
• Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, or as required by business needs
